Jessica Smith

Jessica has been in the insurance industry for 20 years.  She is a licensed Property, Casualty, Life and Health producer in the state of SC and holds a Surplus Lines Brokers License.  A graduate of Rowan College, Jessica began her career in New Jersey as a Personal Lines agent, then moved into the Operations side of the agency environment.  Her focus in Agency Operations includes; instructional design, policies and procedures, training, and compliance.  Jessica earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2001 and achieved her Six Sigma Green Belt certification for process improvement in 2011.  She is currently working towards her CISR eLite designation.  In her spare time she enjoys traveling, photography, movies, and gardening.
