Whittney Adkins

Whittney Adkins was born and raised in North Augusta, South Carolina. She is a 2006 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Biology. Whittney began her insurance career in high school as a customer service representative. After graduating college, she obtained a position as Property & Casualty Specialist with State Farm Insurance, and moved on to become a homeowner’s insurance underwriter with Seibels Bruce Insurance and Technology Services in Columbia, SC. While gaining experience in underwriting at Seibels Bruce, she earned anAssociate’s Degree in Personal Insurance and an Associate’s Degree in General Insurance from The Institutes.

She relocated to the Greenville area where she continues to gain knowledge and experience in the insurance industry. Utilizing her past experience in customer service, sales, and underwriting, Whittney serves South Carolina Insurance Brokers as Manager of Agency Development/Personal Lines. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends including her horses and dogs, and anything that takes her to the great outdoors.
